Breakfast foods that will help you burn calories!

Studies have shown that eating eggs, yogurt, and whole-grain cereal can give your body a little fat-burning advantage. How, you ask? The protein in eggs probably helps control appetite, so people eat less and feel more full. Calcium and other helpful compounds in yogurt may help stop fat storage and turn up fat burn. And as for whole grain cereals a box of Cheerios (my favorite) can help control blood sugar and lower blood pressure, and they can even reduce the risk of heart disease and certain cancers.
