20 Squats, 15 Dips, 10 pushups, 20 Crunches

Here is your challenge for the day! Its a great place to start if you are new to working out. Be sure to leave a comment once you have completed the challenge!

For Squats: Use a low chair or bench. Lightly tap your back side on the way down to make sure you are going low enough. Stnad all the way up without locking out your knees!

For Dips: Use a chair or low table. Keep your back close to the chair or table and drop straight down. be sure to have your fingers facing forward!

For Pushups: There are different levels of pushups you can do. Watch this video for more information on pushups.

For Crunches: Lay on the ground, feet planted firmly on the ground, put your hands by your ears (not wrapped around your head), and lift your upper body off the ground.
