Here is a jump start on your Resolution to get in shape:

Commit to walking 30 minutes a day for the next 7 days. Cut out sodas completely, don’t add sugar or salt to any food. Eat a few peanuts 20 minutes before a meal (somehow they curb your appetite), never eat mindlessly in front of the tv, drink a lot of water, and eat smaller portions. Lastly, think about how great you would feel if you lost the weight. Is it worth it? Hope so. Do this for the next 7 days. I promise you will feel better and have more energy than before.

Yes, its really that simple 🙂 Do it. I dare you.
