New Years Resolutions

These are the top 10 things I wish were on the list of new year’s resolutions for my clients:
1. Drink more water
2. Walk more often (at least 5 times a week)
3. Get 7-8 hours of sleep per night
4. Eat less processed food
5. Eat at least 5 servings of fruits veggies daily
6. Eat more healthy protein
7. Get a physical from their doctor
8. Eat a large breakfast
9. Stretch daily
10. Give up sodas and ease up on the alcohol
