Soda Pop Challenge!

I know of three different people now who used to be daily soda drinkers (Diet and Regular) that when they decided to ditch the soda two things happened:

1. They lost weight. (One lost 9 pounds in 6 weeks!)
2. They felt better almost immediately. (after the lack-of-caffeine headaches went away)

This is no gimmick, just ditch the soda and see. (Also, alcohol is a weight loss inhibitor, so ditch that for a month and see what happens!)

So, why not try it and see? Its a win-win situation. If it works, you lost weight without doing anything different. If it doesn’t work, you saved money from not buying sodas and alcohol for a month.
