10 Things I wish my athletes would do!

These are the top 10 things I wish were on the list of new year's resolutions for my athletes:

1. Drink more water

2. Take a break from the phone for an hour

3. Get 7-8 hours of sleep per night

4. Eat less processed food

5. Eat 5 servings of veggies daily

6. Eat more protein

7. Get a doctor's physical

8. Eat breakfast

9. Stretch daily

10. Give up sodas
