Goal setting made easy. Follow these steps for success in achieving your goals.

  1. What do you want? Be specific.

  2. Why do you want it? Be emotional.

  3. When will you measure? Be detailed.

  4. How will you do it? Be creative.

Keep your list short and keep it visible. I use my list as a bookmark on a 3x5 card. Also, every Sunday I have a reminder to focus on one of my goals for an hour (after I watch CBS Sunday Morning, that is!).
