Beyond the Game - Inner Circle: Winter 2025

Introducing the “Beyond the Game Inner Circle”—a transformative, 3-month coaching program designed to elevate your coaching to the next level! This program is tailored for coaches of athletes of all ages, genders, and sports, from elementary to college levels, as well as athletic directors. Whether you’re aiming to start your own mental coaching business or develop a mental game program within your current team or organization, this cohort brings coaches together, fostering community, creativity, and inspiration.

You’ll learn how to deliver impactful team presentations, enhance individual athlete performance, foster resilience, and provide comprehensive support to your athletes both on and off the field. This program is designed to revolutionize your approach to mental performance, team leadership, and character development, ensuring your and your athletes' long-term success.

Previous coaches have used this program to:

• Implement mental game programming across an entire athletic department.

• Become more confident presenters.

• Write a book on mental performance coaching.

• Create an off-season/in-season mental game curriculum for their team.

• Build a successful mental performance coaching business.

Program Format:

• Bi-weekly Office Hours: Every other week, you’ll join a cohort of coaches and athletic directors for Office Hours, where you’ll exchange ideas, gain inspiration, and develop strategies together. (Note: Participation is optional, and all sessions will be recorded and sent out the following day.)

• 1:1 Coaching Weeks: In alternating weeks, you’ll have a 30-minute personalized coaching session to focus on your specific goals, from team dynamics to building a mental performance business.

Office Hour Dates:

This cohort will meet virtually every other Friday at 11 a.m. PST on January 10, 24, February 7, 21, and March 7, 21. Office hours are not mandatory and are recorded and then later shared with all cohort members.
