The “Do, Share, Be” Leadership and Character Development Workshop” is a 3-4 hour immersive experience designed to help high school athletes become confident, resilient leaders who positively impact their team’s performance.

With over 20 years of experience, including leading leadership development at IMG Academy and working with elite organizations like the Chicago Bulls, Green Bay Packers, and Dallas Cowboys, I’ve crafted this workshop to equip athletes with the tools they need to lead under pressure, communicate effectively, and build trust with their teammates. I’ve had the privilege of working with high school and college athletes nationwide, helping them develop the mental toughness and leadership qualities necessary to excel both on and off the field. My hands-on approach ensures that athletes leave with real, actionable strategies they can apply immediately.

This program is ideal for an entire athletic department but is also good for individual teams. It fosters a unified culture of leadership, accountability, and high performance across all sports. This program helps athletes develop the mental toughness required to perform under pressure, bounce back from setbacks, and stay focused when it matters most.

Each athlete will receive a workbook serving as a playbook for building mental toughness and resilience long after the workshop ends. This isn’t something to be tossed in the bag and forget about. It’s packed with practical exercises, reflective prompts, and tools to help athletes set goals, stay focused, and keep improving.

This workshop is all about action. You’ll get hands-on with interactive activities, team-building exercises, and time-tested strategies to equip athletes with the skills they need to lead confidently and bounce back from whatever challenges come their way.
