“Beyond the Game - Inner Circle” is a three-month coaching program designed for coaches and athletic directors who are committed to elevating their teams, whether you’re leading a club team, managing athletes at the elementary, high school, or college level, or overseeing an entire athletic department. This program is tailored for those who want to level up their approach to mental performance, team leadership, and character development, ensuring athletes excel in and out of sport. Whether you attend office hours or only set up 1:1 sessions, coaches will gain insights into the psychological strategies and tools that help athletes thrive under pressure, enhance focus, and build mental resilience.

These coaching sessions start the week of Monday, September 16th. Office hours are every other Friday (virtually) at 11 a.m. PST on September 20, October 4, 18, and November 1, 15, 29.
These coaching sessions start the week of Monday, January 6. This cohort will meet every other Friday (virtually) at 11 a.m. PST on January 10, 24, February 7, 21, and March 7, 21.

Program Format:
Bi-weekly Office Hours: Every other week, you’ll join a cohort of coaches and athletic directors for Office Hours, where you’ll exchange ideas, gain inspiration, and develop innovative strategies in a collaborative environment. (Note: If you can’t make the office hours, they will be recorded and sent out the following day. Participation in office hours is optional and is not required to remain in the program.)
1:1 Coaching Sessions: In the alternating weeks, you’ll have a 30-minute, focused, personalized 1:1 session tailored to your specific coaching goals, whether that’s enhancing team dynamics, fostering character growth in athletes, or building your own mental performance coaching business.
